Our founders Patrick & Lauren Welcome to Rugged Terrain CrossFit – we’re so glad you’re here! We are Lauren and Patrick, the founders of Rugged Terrain CrossFit. Our vision is simple: to help amazing people (just like you) lead healthier and happier lives, no matter what season of life you’re in.

Our mission is to help individuals achieve their goals by creating a personalized fitness plan, nutritional guidance, and accountability to ensure you’re making progress, all in a fun and supportive environment. Rugged Terrain CrossFit is equipped with barbells, dumbbells, safety barbells, and a cable machine to help you progress towards your goals. We also offer a variety of kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyometric boxes for comprehensive functional fitness workouts, and have a variety of fun conditioning options like battle ropes and a large tire.

Rugged Terrain CrossFit is a private facility designed to provide a supportive environment. Our unique space allows clients to train indoors or get some fresh air in our outdoor training space. We also have mobility equipment such as foam rollers and lacrosse balls.
