Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (20g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 scoop (about 15g) chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (113g) nonfat plain Greek yogurt (we like Fage 0%)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or small container, mix oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Stir in Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add chocolate chips if using (stir them in or sprinkle on top).
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4–6 hours).
  5. In the morning, stir and enjoy! Add a splash of almond milk if you want a thinner texture.
