  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats

Chocolate Protein Muffin Directions

  2. Coat jumbo muffin pans w/ non-stick spray (makes 12 muffins)
  3. Mash bananas in medium bowl.
  4. Add applesauce, vanilla extract, egg, and baking powder and mix well
  5. stir in protein powder and oats
  6. Divide batter evenly among 12 jumbo muffin cups
  7. Bake 15min or until firm
  8. Store in refrigerator or freeze for later
