  • Protein (most folks are way low!)
  • Food timing (every 3–4 hours is golden)
  • Fiber (hello, digestion and satiety)

2. Eat With Structure, Not Restriction

You don’t need to cut carbs or swear off chocolate. You just need balance at each meal:

  • Protein (chicken, eggs, fish, Greek yogurt)
  • Fiber (veggies, oats, berries)
  • Healthy fats (nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil)
