Red Cabbage Slaw with Yogurt


  • 4c Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Yellow Pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2c Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar


  1. Slice cabbage, vegetables, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk yogurt, cumin, lime juice, curry powder, honey,
    and vinegar in a small bowl and add to slaw mixture.
  3. Mix and taste. Add salt and pepper as needed.
