Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Making your own smoothie at home couldn’t be easier! Not only will you know exactly what’s in your smoothie, you will also save a ton of money!

This Chocolate Peanut Butter smoothie is one of my new favorites on a busy morning. It’s the perfect balance of protein, carbs, healthy fats, and veggies. Yup, you read that right, there’s frozen riced cauliflower in this bad boy. But I promise you won’t even taste it. It’s so tasty, even your kids will love it! Ingredients:

  • 1c Frozen Riced Cauliflower
  • 1c Plain Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Large Banana
  • 1 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter (no added sugar)
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (we like Ascent Protein)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1/4c water.
