Ingredients

  • ½ Scoop (16g) Ascent Whey Protein Powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • ¼ C Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
  • ⅓ cup Cold Water
  • 1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except peanut butter and blend until smooth.  I love a Blend Jet for this, it’s the perfect size for the small volume.
  2. Poor blended mixture into small microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 45sec to 1 min. The outside edges should be firm and center a little gooey.
  3. Top with peanut butter and enjoy!!
